Terms and Conditions of 2024 Referral Programme

  1. The 2024 Referral Programme is open to all local Malaysians, including but not limited to INTI students, INTI alumni, INTI staff, and the general public; refer to (4) for more details.
  2. This scheme is only applicable for:
    1. 2024 intakes.
    2. INTI Nilai, Subang, and Penang campuses only.
    3. Traditional and Working Adult programs but not including short courses such as micro-credential and summer courses.
    4. New local enrolment only.
  3. To participate in this programme, the Referrers are required to fill up and submit the Online Referral Form below; by submitting the form, you agree to provide your consent and contact details for INTI to contact you regarding the Referral Programme.
  4. The 2024 Referral Programme (Local) is valid and applicable to Referrers and Referees who meet the following criteria:
    1. The Referee must NOT be INTI student nor alumni and he/she must NOT be a direct relative (e.g. parents, siblings) of the Referrer.
    2. The Referee must NOT be a Family Loyalty Award holder (has sibling studying/studied at INTI before).
    3. The Referee must NOT be under the employment of our B2B corporate partners.
    4. The Referee must not have visited any INTI campus/attended counselling session by INTI counsellor (online, offsite, roadshow, etc.)/visited our booth at public education fair before the referral takes place.
    5. The Referee must be notified and have consented to have their personal data being passed to INTI for this Referral Programme.
    6. Each individual Referee can be referred to INTI once only; if a Referee has been referred to INTI more than once, only the first Referrer will be eligible for the referral reward under this scheme.
    7. The Referrer will only be eligible to receive the referral reward after the Referee has successfully enrolled in INTI.
    8. The referral reward will be processed within 90 working days after successful enrolment of Referee in that particular intake (no outstanding payment and attend class for more than 2 weeks).
  5. Upon Referee’s successful registration at INTI, both the Referrer and Referee need to fill up the Student Referral Form with complete details and provide both their consent signatures.
  6. The amount of referral reward per successful new enrolment will depend on the type of Referrer and is up to RM800:
    1. If the Referrer is INTI student/alumni, the referral reward will be RM800.
    2. If the Referrer is other than the above (public outsider), it will be RM500.
  7. The referral reward is not transferable to any other third party.
  8. Any personal data collected and proposed will be used solely in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will not be disclosed to a third party without consent.
  9. INTI reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer at any time from the participation of this programme if INTI has good grounds that the Referrer has violated any of the abovementioned terms and conditions.
  10. INTI reserves the right to change the terms and conditions; all decisions made by INTI are final and binding.
