Preparing for Employability
At INTI, we build and sustain relationships between employers, lecturers, and students for talent development and graduate success. We bring industry professionals and practitioners into our classroom for our lecturers and students to understand industry or employer requirements, insights, and expectations so that our students are industry-ready even before their graduation.
These programmes and collaborations with leading employers and industry players are carried out in the interest of graduate talent development. They consist of various key initiatives:
Employer Project
Employer Project (EP) / Final Year Project (FYP) / CSR Project are projects carried out with employers that highlight real problems or case studies. Projects are also mapped to course learning outcomes, allowing students to apply the knowledge they learn in the classroom and embark on a problem finding and problem solving process.
INTI Leadership Series

In this course, students examine design thinking methodologies, processes, and tools. They explore design thinking theories and how it can be applied to situations relevant to various academic disciplines and organizational roles. Students will also examine how they can harness the power of design thinking to create value for businesses, organizations, and society.
Faculty Industry Attachment
Faculty Industry Attachment is an initiative where selected faculty members are placed with employers or industry partners for a 96-hour attachment. The goal is to immerse academics in our partner’s workplace environment to gain a clearer understanding of the scope of work and competencies needed by the entry level graduate hire. The lecturer then becomes the industry partner’s ambassador on campus.
